A 100% private experience: you dive only with the people who book with you, no other participants, and your instructor is there for you alone. Photos and video of your dive are a gift at the end of the session. You enter the water from the beach, no boat, which takes a lot of stress out of a first time. Our schedule is deliberately built so everyone gets all the time they need: no race against the clock, good spirits and enjoyment come first. Our dives are designed to have the smallest possible impact on the reef, and the footage we shoot also feeds the scientific monitoring of local marine life. Guiding in French, English or Spanish.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Meeting point at Caracas Bay (next to Jan Thiel). You will recognise your instructor by the T-shirt and the The Little Green Boat vehicle. Depending on conditions, the dive may take place at another nearby site: we let you know and confirm place and time (±30 min) after booking. Any doubt? Write to us.
What to expect
On arrival we fill in the dive paperwork together, including the usual medical questionnaire. Diving does not require an athlete's fitness. Then comes a complete and enjoyable briefing: equipment, safety, and the right moves to avoid damaging the reef. Allow one hour.
You gear up, then walk into the water from the beach: no boat, no stress. A few exercises at the surface and then in shallow water, 15 to 30 min depending on how comfortable you feel.
The dive itself lasts about 45 minutes, depending on your air consumption: we move slowly, we observe. Companions who are not diving can enjoy the beach and watch you.
Your instructor films: you leave with an edit, and the raw files on request. Leave your GoPro ashore until you are certified: a camera takes over your attention, buoyancy suffers and so does the reef. Guiding in French, English or Spanish.
