Contact & Meeting Information:
After the booking is confirmed, we will contact the customer via WhatsApp one day before the service, or meet the customer at the airport with a name sign.
Pickup and drop-off locations are specified by the customer.
Waiting Time:
• Airport pickup: Up to 90 minutes of free waiting time after the flight lands.
• Hotel or city pickup: Up to 30 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
Additional waiting time may be subject to an extra charge of JPY 3,000 per 30 minutes.
Vehicle & Luggage Information:
This service is operated with a Toyota Hiace or a similar minivan.
The vehicle is suitable for up to 6–9 passengers, depending on the amount of luggage.
The maximum luggage capacity is up to 12 pieces in total. Luggage capacity may vary depending on size and shape.
The vehicle is non-smoking.
Complimentary bottled water is provided.
If you have a large amount of luggage or special requirements, please inform us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.

What to expect
1. After booking, you will receive a confirmation from Viator.
We will contact you via WhatsApp one day before the service to confirm your pickup details.
2. On the day of service, the driver will meet you at the designated pickup location.
For airport pickups, the driver will meet you at the arrival area with a name sign.
For hotel or city pickups, the driver will meet you at the hotel entrance or specified address.
3. Enjoy a comfortable and private transfer in a non-smoking vehicle with complimentary bottled water.
4. The driver will take you directly to your requested destination.
Travel time may vary depending on traffic conditions.
5. The service ends upon arrival at the drop-off location specified by the customer.
