Meeting and pickup
Pickup is available from any hotel, residence, airport, or cruise terminal within the listed area (including Long Beach Cruise Terminal). Please enter your exact pickup location and a mobile number for text/WhatsApp at checkout. Your chauffeur will confirm the pickup point and arrival time prior to departure. Airport pickups are curbside per airport rules. Cruise schedules and terminal congestion can cause delays—tour time is based on the selected 7 or 9 hours starting at the actual pickup time. If pickup is significantly delayed, the itinerary may be adjusted to fit within the booked duration (additional time available upon request).
