Easily accessible from Shinjuku, this experience begins with a short introduction to the basics of Japanese sake making at a café while waiting for the local bus. Then, travel by local bus through a quiet Japanese suburban neighborhood to a historic brewery—also used as a filming location for a Netflix series. After a guided tour of the brewery, enjoy a sake tasting with a light snack in a charming old Japanese house on the brewery grounds.

After returning to the station, visit a local supermarket to discover Japanese snacks that pair well with sake, then enjoy a final toast with one glass of sake and small bites at a nearby izakaya.

This experience is designed for beginners and those new to Japanese sake and includes alcohol. Participants must be 20 years old or above.
