Guests will be picked up directly from their hotel or accommodation in Ulaanbaatar.
On the day of departure, the driver or guide will arrive at the hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time and will ask for the lead traveler by name.
If pickup is arranged from the airport or train station, the driver will be waiting in the arrival hall holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name.
