Pick-up point
The driver arrives promptly at the agreed place (hotel, accommodation or point previously established).
The vehicle is clearly identified as Smart Transport and the driver confirms the passenger's name before boarding.

Start of transfer
The service is direct and safe, with professional drivers and comfortable vehicles, with air conditioning and luggage space. The route is direct and includes two stops for toilet or lunch.

Assistance during the journey
The driver provides basic passenger support, general route information and technical stops when necessary (bathing, rest or logistical coordination).

Arrival at the final destination
Private transfer takes place from Boquete to the port of Almirante. From this point, passengers continue to Isla Colón (Bocas del Toro) by shared water taxi complimentary with the company Lanchas Valencia.

Upon arrival at the port of Almirante, one of our collaborators will be waiting to assist you and accompany you during the connection, ensuring that you board the boat correctly.
