At the entrance of the hotel where the guest stayed the driver/guide wearing khaki shirt with our logo carrying the board displaying the lead guest name will be waiting to help the guest to board the correct transport.The same principle applies with guests arriving at the airport.The driver guides wearing khaki shirt with our logo wait with the board displaying the lead guest name to welcome them and usher them into the car and take them to their place of residence.

What to expect

Transportation bookings are done with me either direct on the phone call or through email. Every morning the pick up list will be printed and given to the relevant driver,the drivers will then prepare themselves and ensure they have guest names are printed on the sign boards for identification before they leave for pick up destinations.The drivers are advised to be at the pick up point 20 minutes before pick up time ensuring the car is clean and has all equipment that appeal for all including kids and the paraplegic

At the point of pick up, clients will meet with the driver wearing khaki shirt with company logo at the entrance of either the airport or hotel carrying the board displaying the name of individual or group representative. When all the clients on the list have all identified the driver, the driver has confirmed all his clients as per the register, he will then load the luggage and take the clients to the end destination
