Please arrive at the hotel main entrance and check in with the front desk. You will be guided to the elevators. Take the elevator to the second floor, where the spa is located. Upon arrival, check in at the spa reception and let the staff know you are scheduled for a floating sound healing ritual.

What to expect

Guests check in at the spa reception, complete a brief health form, and sign a liability waiver. They are guided to the locker rooms to store their belongings and change into non-slip sandals. They wait in the lounge until escorted to the indoor pool.

At the pool, the ritual is explained and each guest is carefully assisted onto their floating mat. Guests remain dry except for their feet. The session includes a 60-minute guided sound meditation with live instruments, including metal and crystal singing bowls, various drums, and wind gong, to support deep relaxation.

After the floating sound bath, guests return to the locker rooms to change into their bathing suits and enjoy the hydrotherapy circuit, including the infrared sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi, in separate areas for men and women. The experience concludes with time to rest, shower, and change.

IMPORTANT NOTES

1. Please bring comfortable clothing, a bathing suit, and non-slip sandals.
2. Towels, robes and eye masks are included.
3. Guests who are pregnant are not advised to use the hydrotherapy circuit but may enjoy the floating sound ritual and relaxation loungers.
