Pickup details:

Shared hotel pickup is included from selected Phuket areas only. Free shared pickup areas include Patong, Tri-Trang, Kalim, Kathu, Phuket Town, Koh Siray, Kata, Karon, and Chalong. Pickup is usually 07:00–07:15 for Patong/Tri-Trang/Kalim/Kathu and Kata/Karon/Chalong, and 07:45–08:00 for Phuket Town/Koh Siray. Extra shared transfer charges apply for some areas: Rawai, Nai Harn, Panwa, Kamala, and Ao Makham at THB 200 per person; Bang Tao, Surin, and Laguna at THB 300 per person. Extra charges are payable directly at the pier. If your hotel is outside the shared transfer zone or shared transfer is not available, please contact us for private transfer options.

Guests using shared hotel transfer will be picked up from selected Phuket areas and brought to the pier, while travelers without pickup must arrive directly by 08:30 AM. Staff will verify the voucher, assist with check-in, provide boarding guidance, and direct travelers to their selected seating option, including Economy seats or upgraded Silver or Gold private room seating. The boat departs at 09:00 AM, so travelers should arrive on time, as late arrivals may be treated as no-show.
