Our journey begins with a flavorful introduction to Virgin Islands cuisine. Guests will sample a curated selection of traditional local bites and drinks, each rooted in the islands’ African, Indigenous, and Caribbean heritage. This first stop sets the stage for the stories, landscapes, and culture we’ll explore throughout the tour.
From our tasting stop, we continue with a scenic drive up Fort Hill. As the road climbs, the landscape opens into sweeping views of Tortola’s northeast coast. We pause at a lookout point where guests can take in the coastline, offshore cays, and the dramatic contrast between sea and mountain.
As we continue along the ridge, we pass the vibrant Fahie Hill murals—colorful community artwork celebrating Virgin Islands culture, history, and everyday life. It’s a striking visual moment that adds a burst of local artistry to the journey.
We continue to Cane Garden Bay and make a stop at the legendary Arundel Brewery, once a cornerstone of local industry and a beloved name in Virgin Islands history. Its old stone walls and iconic silhouette offer a glimpse into Tortola’s brewing past as we make our way along the ridge.
Our journey continues to Sage Mountain National Park, the highest point in the Virgin Islands. Here, guests can enjoy a short nature walk beneath the cool rainforest canopy, surrounded by towering trees, lush vegetation, and the unique cloud‑forest atmosphere that defines this protected landscape.
We end the tour at a local eatery where guests enjoy a freshly prepared Virgin Islands lunch. It’s a relaxed, authentic setting that brings the flavors of the islands to the table and offers a perfect close to the day’s adventure.
