What to expect

We’ll start by meeting on the beach, where I’ll introduce myself, get to know you, and ask a few simple questions about your swimming ability and activity level to make sure the lesson is safe and comfortable for you. We’ll begin with a light warm-up and stretching, followed by a hands-on demonstration on the sand where I’ll show you how to position yourself on the board, stand up, and understand the basics of surfing. Before entering the water, I’ll explain important safety guidelines and ocean awareness, then we’ll head into the waves where I’ll guide you step by step—asking you to focus on standing up while I handle the timing and coaching.
