Discover Seville through its food on a chef-led tapas tour designed for curious eaters. I’m a professional chef and lecturer who spent 15 years living and working in the UK before making Seville my home. This experience is about more than just eating tapas — it’s about understanding why Andalusian food tastes the way it does.

We’ll visit a small selection of traditional bars that locals truly love, moving from stop to stop just as Sevillanos do. Along the way, you’ll taste classic tapas such as cured meats, seasonal plates, and slow-cooked dishes, paired with local wines or sherry. I’ll explain ingredients, cooking techniques, food history, and the unwritten rules of tapas culture — how to order, what to drink, and how locals really eat.
Groups are small, relaxed, and social, with plenty of time to ask questions and enjoy each stop without rushing. This experience is perfect for food lovers who want an authentic, insider view of Seville.
