The lesson begins with the welcome of the Guests, equipped with apron and disposable headphones, ready to discover all the secrets of real homemade ice cream. After a brief introduction to the manufacturing process, the Guests will be actively involved in every step: from peeling and pressing the lemons, to mixing the ingredients, to creaming the ice cream.
Of course there will be the most anticipated moment: the taste! Each Guest will prepare and enjoy their own ice cream cone, freshly made.
The experience continues with the preparation of chocolate ice cream and with valuable tips for making homemade ice cream at home, accompanied by recipes dedicated to different tastes.
To conclude in sweetness, each customer can enjoy a cone with two flavors to choose from over 60 delicious proposals.
