Meeting and pickup
We offer convenient pick-up and drop-off services from all hotels, Airbnb accommodations, and cruise terminals (Queens Wharf and Princes Wharf) within Auckland CBD. At the end of your tour, we will return you to your original pick-up location.
If you have any special requests or requirements, please let us know in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and provide a personalized experience.
Please provide your preferred pick-up location when making your booking. If your accommodation is not listed, simply enter the address, and we will recommend the nearest available pick-up location.
One day before your tour, we will send you your pick-up details, including your vehicle information, via email, text message, or WhatsApp. Depending on the size of your group, transportation will be provided in either a premium sedan or a comfortable van.
For cruise passengers, we will meet you directly at your cruise terminal upon arrival.
Please be ready at your designated pick-up location at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
