Medina Guests: If your accommodation is located inside the car-free zones of the Medina, we will meet you at the nearest accessible gate (Bab) or parking area. We will provide a Google Maps link for your convenience.

Punctuality: We kindly ask you to be at the pickup point 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Our drivers can wait for a maximum of 15 minutes to avoid delaying other travelers.
