When you arrive , you should enter the hotel and ask the receptionist to guide you for the Cooking class.
What to expect
You’ll prepare fresh pasta dough from scratch and learn how to roll, fill, shape, and seal large handmade ravioli. Personalize your ravioli before enjoying them with two different sauces: fresh tomato and basil, and the Roman classic cacio e pepe with Pecorino Romano and black pepper.
You’ll also make homemade tiramisù, learning how to recreate one of Italy’s most famous desserts at home. No previous cooking experience is needed—your instructor will guide you through every step.
Once the cooking is finished, sit down together on the rooftop and enjoy everything you’ve prepared. Sip Italian red wine, share your meal with the group, and take in the relaxed atmosphere of a Roman gathering.
