Meeting and pickup
Airport Pickup Service
The driver will adjust the service time flexibly according to the flight number provided by the customer. Regardless of flight delays, diversions or early arrivals, the service will be provided based on the actual arrival time of the flight.
After the flight lands, the customer will receive an email with the driver’s license plate number and relevant details. The driver will wait at the International Arrival or Domestic Arrival exit according to the flight information, holding a sign showing the customer’s name, flight number and license plate number, so you can find the driver quickly.
Airport Drop-off Service
The driver will arrive at the scheduled pickup location 10 minutes in advance and greet you beside the vehicle.
Once the driver arrives at the pickup point, the customer will receive an email containing the driver’s license plate number and relevant information, so you can easily locate the driver at the hotel entrance or other designated places.
What to expect
Once your booking is confirmed, we will receive your flight number, hotel address, and contact information. You will also receive a confirmation email from our customer service team, which includes:
• Your full name
• Contact information
• Flight number
• Number of passengers
• Hotel name and address
Our driver will flexibly adjust the pickup time based on your flight number. Whether your flight is delayed, diverted, or arrives early, service will begin according to the actual landing time.
After your flight lands, you will receive an email containing:
• Driver’s license plate number
• Driver details
• Exact waiting location
The driver will wait for you at either the International Arrivals or Domestic Arrivals exit, as matched to your flight. The driver will hold a pickup sign displaying your name, flight number, and license plate number for quick identification.
The driver will assist with your luggage and guide you to the vehicle. Our staff will select the appropriate vehicle class and seat count based on your group size.
All vehicles are premium and luxurious, equipped with umbrellas, bottled water, in-car Wi-Fi, and air conditioning — at no extra cost — for a spacious and comfortable journey.
