Pickup details:

I. Airport Pick-up Service
The driver will flexibly adjust the pick-up time according to the flight number provided by the booker. Service will be provided based on the actual landing time of the flight in case of flight delays, diversions or early arrivals.
After the flight lands, the booker will receive an email containing the driver's license plate number and relevant personal information for quick connection.
The driver will wait at the corresponding international/domestic arrival gate based on the flight number, holding a sign for pick-up. The sign will display the booker's full name, flight number and the driver's license plate number for easy identification.
II. Airport Drop-off Service
The driver will arrive at the designated pick-up location 10 minutes prior to the reserved time and wait by the vehicle.
Upon the driver's arrival, the booker will receive an email containing the driver's license plate number and relevant personal information, making it easy to find the driver at the hotel or other locations.
III. Booking and Usage Process
Select the required pick-up and drop-off service. The vehicle model and type will be arranged based on actual availability and the number of passengers.
Provide the required booking information: full name, flight number, pick-up/drop-off date and time, and phone number.
Keep the service voucher in a safe place, either printed out or saved on your mobile phone, which must be presented when taking the vehicle.
You will receive the driver's contact information 6 hours before the scheduled ride, and the specific meeting point information with the driver 2 hours before the ride.
Go to the designated pick-up location to meet the driver, present the service voucher and valid ID to the driver, and board the vehicle after the voucher verification is completed.
IV. Baggage Allowance Rules
Each passenger is allowed a maximum of 1 checked suitcase plus 1 small carry-on bag. There are restrictions on oversized or excessive luggage (e.g., surfboards, golf clubs, bicycles, etc.).
If you need to carry the above-mentioned special luggage, please consult the service provider in advance for confirmation before travel.
Please consider the vehicle's luggage storage capacity according to the number of passengers. For larger groups with bulky items, it is recommended to arrange multiple vehicles.

What to expect

I. Booking Confirmation
Airport Pick-up Service
Once your order is confirmed, we will receive your flight number, hotel address, and contact information. You will receive a confirmation email from the customer service team containing your full name, contact information, flight number and arrival time, number of passengers, and hotel name and address.
The driver will adjust the service time flexibly according to your flight number. Regardless of flight delay, diversion, or early arrival, the service will be provided based on the actual arrival time of your flight.
You will receive an email before your flight lands for you to check after arrival. The email includes the driver’s license plate number, the driver’s relevant information, and the driver’s waiting location. According to the flight number provided by the booker, the driver will wait for the booker at the International Arrival or Domestic Arrival hall, holding a sign for pick-up. The sign includes the booker’s name, flight number, and the driver’s license plate number to help you find the driver quickly.
Airport Drop-off Service
Once your order is confirmed, we will receive your flight number, hotel address, and contact information. You will receive a confirmation email from the customer service team 2 hours before the start of the service, which includes the vehicle color, license plate number, the driver’s relevant information, and the driver’s waiting location. The driver will arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled service time at the location you booked and wait by the vehicle to greet you, so you can quickly find the driver at the hotel gate or other locations to meet the driver at the airport or hotel.
The driver will assist you with loading and unloading luggage and guide you to the vehicle. Whether you are traveling alone or with your family, all vehicles are equipped with umbrellas, bottled water, in-car Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and ample legroom. All of these are provided at no extra cost to provide you with a more spacious and comfortable travel experience.
II. Route
The driver will check real-time traffic conditions via mobile phone maps, choose a comfortable, smooth and safe route to drive, and safely deliver you and your friends to the hotel or airport.

III. Pricing
The all-inclusive fixed price includes: vehicle rental fee, highway tolls, parking fees (airport or railway station), and road and bridge tolls. The price does not include: fees not directly related to vehicle use, scenic spot tickets, etc.
IV. Important Notes
Each passenger may carry at most one suitcase and one small carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (such as surfboards, golf clubs, or bicycles) may have specific restrictions; please consult customer service before travel to confirm whether your excess luggage complies with the regulations.
Lost & Found Policy
If the driver finds any lost items of the passenger, the driver or customer service will contact the passenger to negotiate the return method of the items, and the specific details shall be subject to the negotiation result between both parties. If fees are involved, they shall be borne by the passenger and no invoice will be provided.
Vehicle Cleaning & Damage Fees
If the vehicle is contaminated (for example, the passenger steps on the vehicle, vomits, or a child urinates or defecates in the vehicle without protection, resulting in the vehicle being dirty or smelly) or damaged due to the passenger’s reason, the passenger needs to pay for losses such as cleaning fees or maintenance fees. The specific amount shall be determined through negotiation between the driver and the passenger based on the actual loss. Invoices are not supported for the involved fees.
Grounds for Refusal of Service (Driver Not Liable)
The driver will be unable to provide service in the following riding scenarios:
The luggage or items carried by the passenger exceed the volume or size limit of the trunk of the booked vehicle.
The number of passengers exceeds the number of passengers that the booked vehicle can carry.
The passenger organizes others to carpool in a paid way such as collecting money.
The passenger asks the driver to transport goods separately without taking the vehicle.
The passenger carries dangerous goods such as flammable, explosive, toxic, radioactive, and corrosive substances, as well as controlled instruments such as crossbows and daggers.
The passenger carries pets or live poultry without prior agreement between the driver and the passenger (except guide dogs).
