You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

Pickup is available from all hotels, private accommodations, Cruise Ports, Ferry Terminals and Split Airport within Split city area.

At the time of booking, the lead traveler is required to provide the full and exact pickup address (including hotel name or complete private address), along with a valid mobile phone number. This ensures precise scheduling, timely service, and a seamless transfer experience.

Hotel pickups: Guests are kindly requested to wait in the hotel lobby at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.

Private accommodations: The driver will arrive at the exact address provided and wait at the main entrance at the confirmed time.

Split Airport pickups: The driver will meet guests in the arrivals hall holding a personalized name sign. Flight details must be provided in advance for accurate timing.

Split Port pickups: The driver will wait at the main exit holding a personalized name sign for easy identification.

For operational efficiency and a smooth experience, the driver may contact the lead traveler shortly before arrival.

Split

Exact drop-off address as provided by the traveler at the time of booking. This may include hotels, private accommodations, Split Airport, or Split Port. The driver will confirm the address and coordinate arrival with the lead traveler to ensure a smooth and timely transfer.

What to expect

1. Booking Confirmation:
Once the booking is made, the lead traveler provides the exact pickup address, drop-off address, and a valid contact number. A confirmation email with all details and estimated pickup time is sent to the traveler.
2. Pre-Arrival Communication:
Prior to the scheduled transfer, the driver may contact the lead traveler to confirm pickup details and estimated time of arrival. Any special requests or changes are also coordinated at this stage.
3. Pickup:
The driver arrives at the confirmed pickup location within Split city area. For hotel pickups, travelers are requested to wait in the lobby; for private accommodations, the driver waits at the main entrance; for airports and ports, the driver holds a sign with the lead traveler’s name for easy identification.
4. During Transfer:
Travelers enjoy a comfortable and safe journey in a clean, well-maintained vehicle. The driver follows the most efficient route to the drop-off location while ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
5. Drop-Off:
The driver arrives at the confirmed drop-off address provided by the traveler. For hotels, the driver assists with luggage if required; for private accommodations, the traveler is escorted to the main entrance; at airports or ports, the driver ensures the traveler reaches the arrivals area safely and on time.
6. Completion & Feedback:
After the drop-off, travelers may provide feedback on their experience. The service team is available for any follow-up assistance or inquiries.
