The meeting point is Radical Rebounding Headquarters and it glows pink with a huge Radical Rebounding sign. You will be coming to us on 89a. Turn onto Coffee Pot Dr and turn into the first entrance of the Basha's parking lot. Our building will be on your right hand side.

What to expect

You’ll arrive at the studio and be welcomed by a certified Radical Rebounding® instructor. Each participant is provided with a professional mini trampoline designed for stability and joint support. The class begins with a clear explanation of posture, balance, and safety so you feel confident before starting.

You’ll warm up with gentle, controlled bouncing to activate the core and increase circulation. The workout then builds into music-driven rebounding that raises your heart rate while staying low-impact. You’ll perform simple, repeatable movements focused on cardio endurance, coordination, and rhythm.

Next, the class incorporates bodyweight strength and balance exercises on the rebounder, engaging the legs, glutes, arms, and core. Modifications are offered throughout, making the experience suitable for beginners and experienced participants alike.

The session finishes with a gradual cool down, stretching, and breath work, leaving you energized, centered, and refreshed.
