The entrance to the Botanical Garden Museum of Rome is at the end of Largo Cristina di Svezia, a closed street that runs alongside Palazzo Corsini. Coming from via Garibaldi to Trastevere, once you cross the arch on via della Lungara, it's the first left turn.
