Begin with a pickup from your hotel in Beijing and head to the train station. Board a bullet train and travel to Datong. Upon arrival, meet your driver at the high-speed rail station and be greeted with a name sign.
Meet your English-speaking guide and head to the Yanmen Pass Great Wall. Learn about the history of this 3,000-year-old legendary fortress known as "The First Pass under Heaven," guarding China's heartland through countless battles and epic stories.
Next, visit the Yungang Grottoes, a World Cultural Heritage Site. Marvel at the intricate carvings and statues that adorn the caves. Enjoy a Chinese Kung Fu-themed sliced noodle lunch.
After your tour, return to the high-speed rail station and take the bullet train back to Beijing. Upon arrival, be transferred back to your original departure hotel.
