For a smooth and timely departure, guests are kindly advised to wait at the hotel lobby or the pre-arranged designated pickup area within Arusha. Our professional Wildpack Safaris driver-guides will arrive in branded safari vehicles and will ask for your name or booking confirmation.
We recommend being ready at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time to ensure a relaxed and seamless start to your adventure. If your pickup location requires specific directions, our team will share clear details with you in advance to guarantee easy and convenient meeting arrangements.
