A fairy tale winter road-trip from Rovaniemi to Ruka exploring Finland's northernmost biggest frozen waterfall in Korouoma Canyon & northernmost roller coaster ride 767m & upto 40 km/hr in Ruka. We also cross the Arctic Circle making a loop journey back to Rovaniemi.
The journey begins with a scenic drive to east Lapland to Korouoma Canyon. Here, towering Finland's northernmost biggest frozen waterfall & dramatic canyon, a true Arctic fairytale.
After the canyon visit, continue to Ruka, where excitement awaits with world's northernmost roller coaster ride winding through snowy hills upto 40 km/hr offering stunning views.
A Lapland style BBQ & hot drinks are also offered during this activity.
*NOTE:
This activity only offers the biggest frozen waterfall hike in Korouoma canyon, not the big loop, and one roller coaster ride in Ruka. Children aged 4 and over can ride the track with an adult.
This activity is not available on Friday as the Roller Coaster stays closed every Friday.

1Korouoma Canyon
- Situated around 106 Km from the arctic capital Rovaniemi we will witness "The biggest northernmost frozen waterfall of Finland" in Korouoma Canyon. - The height of the waterfall varies between 60 to 80 meters depends upon the weather. The hike in the canyon itself a mesmerizing experience & a fairy tale come true.

The World's northernmost roller coaster is situated in the east of Lapland a beautiful small town called Ruka. The town initially was famous for its adventurous ski slopes but the northernmost roller coaster has increased its charm.

3Lapland
- In this tour we will witness the raw & real beauty of East Lapland. These destinations (Korouoma Canyon & Ruka) fall in Arctic Taiga zone so the road-trip to there is an amazing expereince to see the untamed nature & peace at its best. - If lucky there is chance to witness some wildlife like European Moose, Reindeer, Red Fox, Snow Hare & many arctic birds.
