Stop at the Shrine of the Christ King. One of the most emblematic monuments of the Lisbon region, located in Almada on the south bank of the Tejo River. Inaugurated in 1959 and inspired by the Redemptor Christ of Rio de Janeiro, it stands out for its imposing statue of Christ and the viewpoint that offers one of the finest panoramic views over Lisbon, the 25th of April Bridge and the Estuary of the Tejo.
