We will pick you up at the arrival hall. The driver will be waiting for you with a sign with the lead travelers name.
What to expect
Select either a round-trip transfer or a round-trip transfer with a discounted ski pass. The transfer costs JPY 12,000 per person, and the ski pass option includes 20% off the regular ski pass price.
2. Booking Confirmation
After booking, you will receive your confirmation and meeting point details. Group discounts are available: each additional traveler you refer saves JPY 500 per person for your group, up to JPY 2,000 per a group.
3. Meet in Tokyo
Meet our driver at the designated pickup point at 6:00 AM. Please arrive a few minutes early.
4. Transfer to Echigo Yuzawa
Travel in a comfortable shared vehicle directly from Tokyo to Echigo Yuzawa, arriving in the morning.
5. Enjoy Your Day
Spend the day skiing or exploring the resort. Guests who choose the ski pass option will receive their discounted ski pass.
6. Return Pickup
Meet the driver at the designated pickup point at approximately 4:00 PM.
7. Return to Tokyo
Depart Echigo Yuzawa around 4:00 PM and arrive back in Tokyo at approximately 8:00 PM.
