- Amber Cove Port: After exiting your ship, walk through the shopping area and past the security gate. Continue walking to the 'Main Highway Gate' (approx. 8-10 minutes walk). the team will be waiting outside the main gate with a sign that says 'Kelvin Mamalona Tours'.
- Taino Bay Port: Exit the port area through the main entrance towards the 'Independent Tour Operators' meeting point outside the gate. Look for your guide holding the 'Kelvin Mamalona Tours' sign.
- FOR HOTEL & AIRBNB GUESTS: We offer pickup at the main lobby or entrance. Please provide your accommodation name.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We monitor all ship schedules. We guarantee to have you back at the port at least 1 hour before your ship departs. the vehicles are easily identifiable and the guides wear the official company uniform.
