What to expect
In case of departures from hotels: we will call the name of the Reservation holder at the reception, always one day before service, we will contact to confirm schedules and inform the driver's name.
In case of arrival at the airport: You will have an assistant waiting at the exit of the landing with a nominal plaque on behalf of the Reservation holder, after the luggage tray.
Reference : Bento Café or Tourist Police.
Private service: only follow your family directly to the destination, be it airport, hotel, event or meeting. No stops at other hotels to carry out pickup of other customers.
Regular service: There may be a 45 minute wait after you show up to the employee, wait for other guests and/or pass in other hotels on the way.
