The provider will contact passengers after booking confirmation to coordinate the exact pick-up point and service schedule, depending on the origin and destination selected
Door-to-door service to and from Ezeiza International Airport (EZE) and Aeropark (AEP). The published price applies for transfers within the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (CABA). For destinations outside CABA (North Zone, South Zone, Buenos Aires Province or other locations) an additional charge may apply, which will be informed and confirmed in advance.
What to expect
The traveler makes the reservation of the private transfer through Viator, selecting the date, estimated time and type of service (airport transfer, city transfer or private tour).
Step 2 – Confirmation and Contact
Once the reservation is confirmed, the provider will contact the traveler to coordinate the details of the service, including exact pickup point, final schedule, flight details (if applicable) and number of passengers and luggage.
Step 3 – Service Coordination
The transfer is organized in a personalized way according to the origin and destination selected. The service is assigned with suitable vehicle and professional driver enabled.
Step 4 – Pickup from the traveler
On the day of the service, the driver will pick up the traveler at the previously agreed point (hotel, airport or home). For airport transfers, the driver will wait for the passenger based on the flight information provided.
Step 5 – Private Transfer
The traveler will be transferred directly and without intermediate stops to the indicated destination, prioritizing punctuality, safety and comfort.
Step 6 – Arrival at destination
The service ends with the disembarkation of the traveler at the previously agreed point of arrival (hotel, airport or other authorized destination).
