Drivers will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Guests who miss their pickup may need to make their own way to the tour and no refunds will be provided for missed departures. Pickup times are subject to traffic conditions and may vary slightly. If your hotel is outside our pickup area, we will arrange the nearest available hotel pickup location.
