What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Pickup is available only from selected Singapore city hotels. Drivers will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Guests who miss their pickup may need to make their own way to the tour and no refunds will be provided for missed departures. Pickup times are subject to traffic conditions and may vary slightly. If your hotel is outside our pickup area, we will arrange the nearest available hotel pickup location.
Meet at the Gardens by the Bay Information Counter near the main entrance. Please arrive 10 minutes early and wait directly at or beside the counter. Keep your phone switched on and reachable in case your guide needs to contact you.
The tour ends at Satay by the Bay after the included meal. Guests can continue exploring Gardens by the Bay or make their own onward travel arrangements from there. Hotel drop-off is only included if the selected option specifically includes drop-off.
