What to expect

In three and a half hours, we will turn the kitchen into a craft workshop:
Mani in Pasta : We will start from the basics, learning the secrets of Sicilian cuisine
The Great Classics: we will compose the scaccia ragusana, discovering how to obtain its typical thin sheet.
Chef's Touch: We will prepare Sicilian arancine and conclude with the sweetness of a Sicilian cannoli
Moment of Taste: After work, we will relax at the table to enjoy together all the dishes prepared, accompanied by a good glass of local wine and an espresso
