Pick-up takes place outside the port premises by local regulations, so it is necessary that all customers walk to the main exit (Main Gate). The journey is short, safe and clearly marked.
We recommend getting off the boat with enough time to avoid delays, especially on busy days. Our team will be waiting with a sign with the name of the client or tour for easy identification.
