Please be ready at your hotel security gate 5–10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
Transfer vehicles operate on a schedule and cannot be delayed. In case of missed pickup, guests are required to reach the harbor by their own means.
Due to traffic and operational conditions, minor delays may occur in pickup times.
The meeting point is in front of Ottoman Alanya Cafe, at Alanya Harbor. With your back facing the cafe, you will see the GRAND TROYS boat in front of you. Please arrive at least 15–20 minutes before departure.
