Meeting and pickup
At the entrance of the beach in Los Cristianos, Tenerife. Your instructor will be waiting at the meeting point, welcoming you with your yoga mats.
What to expect
We begin at the meeting point, then take a coastal walk to our space. This quiet and friendly arrival allows you to ground, connect and immerse yourself in the beauty around you.
Through meditation, yoga and breath-work, you’ll release tension and discover a sense of presence.
We add a layer of magic to the practice with natural aromatherapy oils to awaken the senses. Soft sound healing elements are integrated creating an ocean-inspired rhythm.
Now, it’s time to pick a ‘Goddess Card’, your sign from the universe. Often these cards resonate with a current theme in life encouraging you to trust your feelings. You’ll also be guided through a meaningful journalling ritual to invite new energy into your life.
The morning builds towards a sisterhood ceremony, where each woman is seen, supported and uplifted.
Before we part, professional-quality photographs are taken - a reflection of the island glow you've discovered.
