    After descending from the lighthouse, we drive a short distance to the iconic Cape of Good Hope signpost. This is the southwesternmost point of the African continent and a truly legendary spot. You will have time to walk along the beach, take that perfect "end of Africa" photo, and learn about the park's unique fynbos vegetation and wildlife.

    Cape Point Nature Reserve

    We enter the Table Mountain National Park and make our way to the historic Cape Point Lighthouse. You have two options to reach the top: take the Flying Dutchman funicular for an easy ride, or climb the stairs for some exercise and sweeping views. From the top, you will witness breathtaking panoramic views where the Atlantic and Indian Oceans meet. I will share stories about the lighthouse's history and the many shipwrecks along this treacherous coastline.

    Our journey back takes us along the scenic False Bay coast.
