What to expect
After booking, we verify the rail, meal, and Uffizi availability included in your selected option. Your final train details, e-ticket, restaurant information, and Uffizi meeting instructions when applicable are sent by Email or WhatsApp before the experience. Keep your contact details available so you can receive these travel documents and updates.
STEP 2 — Rome Termini Station
Begin your journey at Roma Termini, Rome's main railway station. Your confirmed high-speed train details and e-ticket will be sent before travel by Email or WhatsApp. There is no hotel pickup or in-person guide for the rail journey. Arrive at least 30 minutes before your confirmed departure time, check the platform shown for your train, and use your e-ticket according to the ticket instructions to board.
STEP 3 — High-Speed Rail to Florence
Travel from Roma Termini to Firenze S.M.N. by high-speed train, with the one-way rail ticket included in your selected option. The actual departure is arranged within the 09:10–10:10 inventory window and confirmed before travel. The rail journey takes approximately 2 hours and brings you directly into central Florence, where you continue independently to the experience included in your option.
STEP 4 — Tuscan Meal in Florence
After arriving in Florence, make your own way to the confirmed restaurant for the meal included with your option. Enjoy a sit-down Tuscan menu featuring porcini-and-truffle pasta, Bistecca alla Fiorentina with roasted potatoes, tiramisu, water, and a glass of Tuscan wine. Dinner options also include the scheduled live-music experience. Restaurant and timing details are confirmed before the experience.
STEP 5 — Uffizi Gallery — Guided Options Only
If you select a Uffizi guided option, make your own way to the confirmed meeting point near the Uffizi Gallery after arriving in Florence. Meet your English-speaking guide, identified by the company logo sign or instructions provided before the experience, and enter with your reserved admission for an approximately 1.5-hour guided visit. The guide is provided for the Uffizi visit only and does not accompany the Rome-to-Florence train journey.
