At Pronoia Casa de Playa we host a maximum of 15 cruise guests per day. This is not a busy beach club: it's a small, family-run beachfront house 27 minutes from the port, where the crowds end and the reef begins.
100 meters of private beach, a floating platform, hammocks, and a rooftop with sea and jungle views. We run on solar power and harvested rainwater. It's not a luxury resort — it's a relaxed place for travelers who value authenticity, nature, and being treated like a person rather than a number.
You'll be back at the port 2 hours before all-aboard. Guaranteed.
Sargassum: if seaweed conditions are poor on the day of your visit, we will send you photos before you leave the port and you can cancel for a full refund. We would rather lose a booking than have you spend your only day ashore somewhere you don't want to be.

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Meeting point: the Mayan Temple replica, at the exit of the Costa Maya cruise terminal (Av. Paseo del Puerto 1286, Mahahual). It`s a large stone pyramid, impossible to miss, a short walk from the pier exit, next to Mayan Art Costa Maya. Your driver will be waiting there holding a sign with your name on it. If you don´t see him, call through WhatsApp, or write to the number: +52 983 107 08 14 - we answer rigth away. We guarantee your return to the port 2 hours before all-aboard time.
