Unique Ecuadorian Resin Art Created with a Local Designer

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to create a unique resin art piece in the studio of a local designer. You’ll experience Ecuadorian craftsmanship — recognized in the country for over 10 years — and create your own piece with your own hands.

You would be guided with a teacher the whole class. She would help you in every step of the process. You dont need previous experience! It is a very fun and easy art class. We would provide with all the materials needed for the making of your resin piece.

You’ll choose the piece you’d like to create: a small lazy Susan, a mirror, coasters, or placemats — all easy to pack and take home in your luggage.
First, you’ll paint your piece, selecting the colors you love most. Then, you’ll learn how to apply adhesive vinyl designs to the surface. Finally, I’ll guide you through the process of coating your piece with epoxy resin for a beautiful, glossy finish.

The class lasts 3 hours, so you can continue enjoying your day afterward. Since the resin takes 24 hours to fully cure, we can deliver your finished piece to your hotel the next day. Please keep this timing in mind when planning your experience in Quito.
