Jaipur Rooftop Cooking Classes : Rajasthani and Indian Cuisine

The cooking session takes place in a dedicated kitchen space adjacent to the rooftop, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the sights, sounds, and aromas of the process. Together, you will learn the use of traditional Indian spices such as turmeric, cumin, coriander, fennel, and asafoetida, the unique cooking techniques of Rajasthan, like slow-cooking over open flames, stone grinding spices, and clay oven baking, and recipes that hold cultural significance, from festive dishes to everyday comfort food.
Participate in every step—washing and prepping vegetables, mixing masalas, kneading dough, and shaping baatis. The hosts will share tips on balancing flavors, the importance of spice layering, and how to replicate these dishes at home.
After the cooking session, all dishes will be served on the rooftop terrace for a candlelit dinner experience.
