Next, you'll step into SNP Square (Uprising Square), a dramatic space where centuries-old architecture clashes with striking communist-era monuments, serving as the emotional heart of the 1989 Velvet Revolution. Finally, you’ll walk through the shadows of Michael’s Gate, the only surviving medieval town gate, to capture perfect photos of its elegant Baroque roof. Prepare to be amazed by Bratislava’s most whimsical architectural fairy tale. As we step slightly off the standard tourist paths, you will discover The Blue Church - Church of St. Elizabeth, a breathtaking masterpiece of Hungarian Art Nouveau design from the early 1900s.
