As a native Gibraltarian, I know this little lump of limestone better than most, watching it grow out of a fortress into the 21st century. So why not discover the rocks' highlights (and macaques) with me!
You will be taken ≈ 430 metres high as your guide talks you through the sights, sounds and story of Gibraltar. This tour has something for everyone, whether you are a nature lover, a history buff, or you just want to see the only wild Macaques in Europe.
By choosing to travel with a local guide rather than independently or in a large group, you get the best of both worlds. I strive to give detailed historical explanations and am always ready to answer any questions, giving you peace of mind (and body).

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
The driver will normally be holding a sign/tablet with the primary traveller's name or the number 75 on it. This will sometimes be in the shape of a large key.
For cruise terminal pickups, you will be collected from the main hall, near the tourist information office.

4St. Michael's Cave
A magnificent cavern used during the First World War as an ammunition store and an emergency hospital due to its constant cool temperature. Nowadays, it is often home to cultural events and "The Awakening", an immersive visual installation.

5The Rock of Gibraltar
Take in the breath-taking views amongst only wild Macaques in Europe, now a staple of Gibraltar.

6Windsor Suspension Bridge
There's nowhere quite like it for spectacular views over the city.

7The Great Siege Tunnels
Discover the vast defences that even the enemy was impressed by all in a bid to get guns onto the north face of the rock, “These works are worthy of the Romans” - Duc de Crillon, the defeated Commander of the French and Spanish troops.

8The Moorish Castle Complex (The Tower of Homage and The Gate House)
Its main tower dominates the hillside and the landward approach to Gibraltar. One of the oldest structures on the rock and the last tower remaining.

9Catalan Bay
Almost certainly Gibraltar's most historic beach and the landing point of the Genoese fishermen who came to Gibraltar in search of Tuna.
