Airport Pickup: Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB), your English-speaking chauffeur-guide will be waiting at the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name.

Hotel Pickup: Travelers staying in Colombo, Negombo, or nearby areas can be picked up directly from their hotel. Please provide your hotel name and address at the time of booking.

Please be ready at the designated pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Your chauffeur-guide will contact you if necessary.

For any last-minute changes or flight delays, please contact us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
