My experience is unique because it combines authenticity, tradition and local quality: I accompany travelers in a real Piedmontese forest with my truffle dog, showing live research and explaining techniques, secrets and seasonality. After the walk, I take them to a typical trattoria where they taste homemade tajarin, fresh black truffles, 0 km products and local wines included, with the possibility of adding Alba white truffle as an extra seasonal.
Truffle hunting immerses you in the scents of the Piedmontese forest: moist earth, leaves, roots and the unique scent of freshly found truffles, an authentic sensory experience that combines truffle hunter, dog and nature.
A genuine, intimate experience deeply linked to the territory. The activity is based on the traditional "truffle hunting", recognized by UNESCO as an intangible cultural heritage, an authentic practice that preserves knowledge, gestures and the deep bond between truffle hunter, dog and territory.

Together with the truffle hunter and his trained dog, you will enter the woods to witness the live truffle search, discovering techniques, secrets and curiosities about this unique product.
After the walk, a typical lunch in the trattoria awaits you, with a menu dedicated to truffles:
