Beautiful rice fields and an ancient temple dating back to the 7th century. Guests will have the opportunity to visit Oudong Mountain, the former royal capital of Cambodia established in the 17th century. During the final part of the journey, we also stop to visit an ancient temple dating back to the 7th century.
On the return ride, we cycle through peaceful countryside, passing traditional villages where you can observe local life, silversmith workshops, farm animals, and beautiful rural scenery on the outskirts of Phnom Penh.

Oudong – The Former Capital of Cambodia Located about 60 km from Phnom Penh, Oudong Mountain was the royal capital of Cambodia from the 17th century until 1866 before the capital moved to Phnom Penh. Today, Oudong is a peaceful historical and spiritual site. Visitors can climb the hill to explore beautiful Buddhist stupas that hold the ashes of former Khmer kings. From the top of the mountain, you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of the countryside, rice fields, and surrounding villages. The site is also home to many temples and pagodas where local people come to pray and make offerings. Along the way, you can meet friendly locals and experience the calm atmosphere of Cambodian rural life. Oudong is a perfect destination for history lovers, culture seekers, and cycling tours from Phnom Penh.
