Ride the NX1 bus to what is normally the very last stop (Albany Station). Message on way. Exit bus, follow the signs for "Exit / Car Park." Walk through the station building. Look for the tiny "Public Pick-up/Drop-off" area directly outside building. Look for blond guide wearing black NZ Polo shirt.
