What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Artos Sports Club is a fantastic pádel facility with a dozen well kept courts, restrooms, and a snack bar. We will meet you just outside the Carrer de Vergos entrance gates on the northwest side of the facility. Your instructor will be wearing a white hat, red shirt, black shorts and red shoes.
What to expect
1. Welcome & Introduction to Padel- Get a quick introduction to padel and your comfort/skill level.
You'll Learn:
-The basics of the court, equipment, rules, and scoring
-How the glass walls work
2. Quick Warm-Up Rally- Start hitting right away.
You’ll be guided through:
-Forehand basics
-Backhand basics
-Controlled rallies
The goal is confidence, not perfection. Most guests are surprised how quickly they can start rallying.
3. Glass Wall Skills
This is the unique part of padel.
Learn how to:
-Let the ball bounce off the glass
-Return wall shots
-Keep rallies alive
-Anticipate the ball
This is usually the moment when people say: "Okay… now I get it!"
4. Serving & Game Basics- Learn the complete rules of padel:
-How to serve
-How points work
-Positioning on court
Then everyone practices a few serves and returns.
5. Friendly Padel Match
Now the fun begins.
Play a leveled, relaxed match:
-Rotate partners
-Gain simple tips
We keep things fun and social! This is the highlight of the experience.
6. Photos, Tips & Barcelona Padel Culture
Finish with:
-Group photos on court
-Final words of advice
Guests leave w/ photos & a new sport to play worldwide.
