Meeting Point at the Airport

For airport pickups, the driver will wait in front of the Information Desk at the arrival lobby with a welcome sign displaying your name.

At Haneda Airport and Narita Airport, the driver checks your flight status using a flight tracking system and will arrive at the meeting point about 30 minutes before your flight lands.

If you do not require a meet-and-greet service, the driver will contact you via phone, email, or WhatsApp to arrange the pickup.
