What to expect
Step 2 — Before your arrival: We send you a WhatsApp message with your driver's name, photo, and vehicle details, plus simple meeting instructions.
Step 3 — Landing: Connect to the free airport Wi-Fi and message us on WhatsApp. We track your flight — even if you're delayed, we'll be there.
Step 4 — Meet & Greet: After customs, head to Exit Door #3. Your IslandGo driver will be waiting with a sign showing your name.
Step 5 — The ride: Relax in your private air-conditioned van with cold water on board. Your multilingual driver shares local tips along the way.
Step 6 — Drop-off: We bring you directly to your hotel and help with your luggage. Your vacation starts now!
