We start by introducing ourselves and getting to know each other, creating a friendly and interactive environment. Then, the cooking adventure begins!
You will learn step-by-step how to prepare a traditional Moroccan tajine, from handling and cutting fresh ingredients to assembling the dish. Without forgetting Moroccan & orange salads ,Guests actively participate in every step, making it a fun and engaging experience.
As part of the class, you will also enjoy a spice guessing activity, discovering the aromatic spices that make Moroccan cuisine so unique. While the tajine cooks, you’ll hear stories about Moroccan culture, Ramadan traditions, and the mix of culture.
Finally, we sit down together to enjoy the meal you prepared and learn the art of preparing and serving traditional Moroccan mint tea, completing a full cultural and culinary experience.
