Please be ready 15 minutes before departure time.

What to expect

After booking, guests receive confirmation with pickup details by WhatsApp or email. On the day of the tour, the driver meets travelers at the agreed pickup point in Mahahual or outside Costa Maya Port. The driver will be easy to identify and will confirm the reservation before departure. Guests then travel in a comfortable private vehicle to Chacchoben Mayan Ruins. After the visit, return transportation is provided to the original pickup point in Mahahual or Costa Maya Port.
